Due to planned works the supplier platform in Telehouse North was out of service . All customer services have been brought back up and traffic levels across our platform have been confirmed as stable since approximately 13:19hrs. This incident was caused due to planned works within supplier network. The associated software upgrades as part of the change were rolled back to restore service. The incident will now be resolved as all customer services are available and stable with no further issues reported or identified.

We can see that all customer circuits has been brought back up - Our NOC will continue monitoring the lines while waiting for the RFO from the supplier.

The bridge call is ongoing between our NOC, Core Network operations & Network Service Ops Management. Several customer services have been brought back up. The remaining customers services are continuing to be brought up in a controlled manner while the associated Network equipment in being monitored.

Further updates on the progress of the restoration work will continue to be provided.

Following a planned maintenance undertaken by our supplier, NOC are seeing a number of ADSL and FTTC circuits failing.
Supplier have confirmed that the maintenance works have failed and they are working on restoring services as soon as possible as the planned maintenance window has over-ran.
